Not the way that I accept points. I would do it the other way except I can't withdraw it as PayPal that way, and dA takes a 20% fee of my funds, thus turning 80 points = 1 USD into 100 points = 1 USD

You just use the Premium Content option on the side of the submit page and on the next page you'll get to choose a price, and the file that you're selling. The file can be a commission, an adopt sheet, or whatever it is that you're selling. You can edit the price and file as many times as you want.
